Frequently Asked Questions
A reminder is a future date on which one or more user designated actions will take place.
Select the Reminder Wizard from the menu and you will be taken through the necessary steps to create a reminder and its required actions.
This is done through your dashboard simply by selecting the reminder followed by the number of days.
Alternatively, you can set a date from the online calendar for the selected reminder.
A reminder interval is the time in days between reminders.

For example, the reminder interval for an MOT might be calculated as being a complete year, less 28 days being the period of notice of the upcoming MOT date.

So the reminder interval interval becomes 337 or 338 days if a leap year is involved.
One or more preselected PlanSist™ actions take place.
The generation and sending of a text message, SMS, to one or more recipients.

The generation and sending of an email to one or more recipients.

The generation and printing of a mail merged letter to one or more recipients.

A customised action specific to a user's requirement such as report generation, etc.

Requests for the creation of customised actions are made through the Contact Us page, by phone or by email.
As many as you consider needed.
The default action interval is zero, meaning the selected action takes place on the reminder date.

However, the action can trigger a secondary or delayed action which would take place on a future date.

This is called the action interval in PlanSist™.

So, the first action might be used to advise that on a second date, a further action will take place.

Typical example would be the notification, action one, of a direct debit taking place on a future date, action two.

The action interval would be the difference in days between action one and action two.
